Uncovering hidden resources

The RIN has issued a report, Uncovering Hidden Resources, which assesses recent progress in extending the coverage of online catalogues and priorities for future work. The work highlights what has already been achieved but also the need to sustain the momentum of recent years in extending the scope of online catalogues, and promoting good practice and guidelines on issues such as prioritisation, communication, cataloguing standards, and evaluation
LIEM AGM
4 October 2007
Sally Curry gave a presentation on CCM to the LIEM, Libraries and Information for the East Midlands, Council AGM on 4 October 2007. The Council consists of representatives of all the academic and many specialist libraries in the region as well as the Chief Librarians from the public libraries. Sally's powerpoint presentation is entitled: "Collaborative Collection Management: what is it and why is it important?".
WESLINE/IGRS Colloquium

WESLINE, the West European Studies Library and Information Network held their joint conference with the Institute of Germanic and Romance Studies in London. Sally Curry was invited to give a presentation on Supporting engagement with the research community through Collaborative Collection Management.
