This website uses cascading style sheets (CSS) for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support style sheets at all, the content of each page should still be readable.
The colours on our website are normally controlled from CSS. Users can change the website's background colour and the colour of body text. Both these can be done via defining your own CSS.
